The 2024 Tesla Model 3 (Highland) that arrived in the U.S. in January 2024 is available in two new colors, namely Stealth Grey and Ultra Red. I saw it in the stunning Ultra Red paint just weeks after its launch. On February 8, 2024, at the Chicago Auto Show, I got a chance to see what the 2024 Model 3 looks like in the carried-over Pearl White Multi-Coat shade.
Design
The Tesla Model 3 looks more understated following its facelift, and I think the white body color suits its clean credentials. However, instead of the black 18-inch ‘Photon’ wheels, I believe the lighter-shade 19-inch ‘Nova’ would go better with this paint. Tesla offers the 2024 Model 3 in RWD and AWD variants, and this particular unit is the latter, packing better performance, faster charging, and a longer range.
Interior
Thanks to the all-glass roof and the use of acoustic glass, the interior of the 2024 Model 3 AWD is an aesthetically pleasing and calm place to sit. While the car I saw had a black interior, I’d opt for the two-tone black and white color scheme for more brightness and luxurious look.
As much as I appreciate the high-tech vibe in the spacious cabin, I find the heavy reliance on the 15.4-inch central touchscreen unnecessary and inconvenient. As an audiophile, I appreciate Tesla throwing in a premium sound system with 17 speakers, dual subwoofers, and dual amplifiers. Ventilated front seats, a dual wireless smartphone charger, and an 8-inch rear touchscreen are also among the noteworthy features of the new Model 3 AWD.

Specifications
The 2024 Tesla Model 3 AWD sports two motors and takes just 4.2 seconds for a 0-60 mph sprint. If you keep the accelerator pedal floored, it will reach 125 mph. The Model 3’s batteries support charging at up to 250 kW, and at that rate, 15 minutes of charging can add up to 175 miles of range. On a full charge, it can deliver an EPA-estimated range of 341 miles. Upgrading to the 19-inch wheels reduces the range (not EPA-estimated) to 305 miles.

Price
The improved 2024 Tesla Model 3 AWD retails at USD 46,990. Tesla levies a USD 1,390 destination fee and charges a USD 250 order fee on the MSRP. Lastly, the Pearl White Multi-Coat paint costs an additional USD 1,000.
