Update: ‘Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback EV’ updated.
The U.S. electric car market is facing a turbulent phase, with slower consumer adoption, reduced government incentives, ongoing trade tensions, and canceled launches.
Even so, many automakers are pressing ahead with new product launches, and our research shows that 38 electric cars could either debut locally or reach U.S. dealers in 2026.
1. New Audi Q4 e-tron series (facelift)

The Audi Q4 e-tron and Q4 Sportback e-tron have received their mid-life facelifts with a subtly refreshed design, new features, and improved range and charging speed. A body-colored Singleframe, new headlight graphics, second-generation digital OLED taillights, and a reshaped rear spoiler are among the main exterior changes.
